摘    要:该文详细分析了PWM调制方式对无刷直流电机续流过程以及对电磁转矩脉动的影响,指出了使用现有的PWM调制方法会在无刷直流电机中引起非导通相的续流现象。从而影响电机运行特性:文中通过原理分析及数学推导,提出了一种新的PWM调制方式,PWM—ON—PWM调制方法,采用该调制方法可以消除非导通相的电流续流过程,从而减小电流脉动和转矩脉动:通过仿真和试验验证了该方法和传统的PWM调制方法的差异及性能表现,证明了该方法具有比传统PWM调制方法更优良的特性。

Abstract:The paper presents a detailed analytical study of the diode freewheeling of the inactive phase caused by the PWM modes in BDCM (Brushless DC Motor). It is noted that there is diode freewheeling happened when the conventional PWM schemes are adopted in BDCM and unsatisfied performance are induced. Through theoretical and mathematical analysis, a new PWM approach is proposed in order to eliminate the diode freewheeling of the inactive phase and decrease the torque ripple. The simulation and experimental results are provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
