电力系统安全经济协调的概率调度理论研究

摘    要:该文构建电力系统安全与经济相协调的概率调度模型。该模型通过电网安全价值系数使经济性和安全性折中,从而构成统一的期望目标,在满足电网正常状态和一定预想事故集合对应约束下,获取概率的最优解。其中,所谓调度的经济性,是考虑了系统的期望运行耗费,并包含事故状态下发电机组再调整和负荷中断所对应的安全校正耗费;所谓调度的安全性,是考虑了电网期望载荷的严重程度。因此,实现了调度经济性与安全性的均衡协调,采用安全经济风险圆图对运行风险水平进行了可视表达,适应市场环境下有功优化调度的智能决策理念。最后以6节点系统为例,详细分析本文模型的机理,论证其有效性和合理性。

Abstract:A power system probabilistic dispatching model of coordinating security and economy has been established in this paper. With the power network security value factor, the economy and security have been combined into one uniform expected objective, so the probabilistic optimal results can be obtained with the constraint-set of power network normal state and definite contingency states. Thereinto, the so-called dispatching economy has been considered by power system expected operating cost, which has also included the security corrective costs of unit ramping and load interruption at the contingency state. The so-called dispatching security has been represented by the power network expected loading severity. Therefore, the dispatching economy and security have been coordinated, and the operating risk was expressed by the visualized security-economy risk diagram, adapting to the intelligent decision-making mechanism of the active power optimal dispatching under market environment. Finally, the detailed analysis of a 6-bus test system gives the mechanism of this model, demonstrating its validity and rationality.
