风电与常规电源联合外送的受端可信容量研究

摘    要:可信容量作为衡量电源对电力系统贡献程度的重要标志在电力系统规划中受到广泛关注,目前研究中往往仅考虑发电机组可靠性而忽略输电线路可靠性。针对中国风电与常规能源联合外送的实际情况,在可信容量的基础上提出能源基地受端可信容量的概念及其计算方法。对输电线路进行序列化建模,并利用基本序列运算实现了考虑输电线路可靠性的2节点电力系统生产模拟过程,进而评估能源基地各类电源对于受端电网的可信容量。采用加入风电后的IEEERTS-79算例测试了算法的有效性,同时研究了风电与常规能源联合外送情况下受端可信容量的影响因素。

Abstract:As a tool of measuring how much electricity generation contributes to system adequacy,the concept of credible capacity has received great attention in power system planning,especially on wind power.However,current evaluation ignores the outages of transmission lines.In China,several electric generation bases containing intermittent energy are planned to be delivered to load center through long transmission lines.With such background,this paper proposed the concept of receiving-end credible capacity.By modeling transmission line outages using sequence operation theory,two-node power system production simulation procedure was proposed.The model can be calculated efficiently and thus facilitates the evaluation of receiving-end credible capacity.Modified IEEE RTS-79 system was used to verify the validity of the proposed model.Impact factors of receiving-end credible capacity under the circumstance of wind power and thermal generation bundling delivery were studied.
