多功能平衡牵引变压器运行方式研究

摘    要:确认了16000kVA/110kV多功能平衡变压器各种运行方式的可行性。介绍了一种新颖的牵引变压器,既能实现三相到三相,也能实现三相到两相的电压变换。同时研究了该产品的技术特点以便指导设计和运行。在变电所完成了许多运行可靠性试验,并用一些特殊的仪器设备,如24通道综合电能分析仪和谐波分析仪测量了大量的数据。结果显示,多功能平衡变压器在任何运行方式下,一次侧均无零序电流。当两相系统对称且三相系统也对称时,一次侧电流亦对称。结果还表明,当在二次侧三相系统接入文中提出的特殊滤波器时,谐波电流比用常规两相滤波器降低约28%。结论是,多功能平衡变压器不仅两相系统与三相系统组合运行是可行的,而且除有带牵引负荷的基本功能外,还具有无功补偿、带所用电负载和高次谐波滤波等辅助功能。

Abstract:The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of various operational mode for the 16000kVA/ 110kV Multi-Function Balance Transformer (MFBT). The MFBT is a novel traction transformer to convert three-phase balanced voltages to two-phase balanced voltages as well as three-phase to three-phase. Its technologic characteristic is also studied, which can provide a guidance to design and operation. Many experiments to validate the operational reliability were performed in the transformer station and a great deal of data was measured by such special apparatus as 24-channel synthetical analyzing instrument of electric energy, DSA2000, and harmonic analyzing instrument. The results show no zero sequence component exists in the primary currents when the MFBT is operating at each mode. The primary currents are symmetrical if the currents of both two-phase system and three- phase system are symmetrical. The results also indicate that when special filters are connected to secondary three-phase system, the primary harmonic currents decrease by about 28% than by using conventional two-phase filters. It was concluded that not only operational combinations of two-phase and three- phase systems are feasible, but also the MFBT can perform assistant functions such as compensating reactive power, supplying the transformer station, and filtering harmonic besides supplying traction loads.
