摘    要:载波相移SPWM技术具有器件开关频率较低,等效开关频率较高,动态响应好,各个变流器单元工作负荷均衡等优点。SVM技术具有的器件开关频率降低1/3,直流电压利用率提高15%,便于数字实现等优点。将二者有机得结合在一起,便可得到组合变流器错时采样SVM(STSSVM)技术。该技术具备二者的优点,通过低次谐波的相互抵消提高等效开关频率而不是简单地将谐波向高次推移,因而具有良好的谐波特性。该技术可方便应用于中高压电机、电力有源滤波器等场合,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Such advantages as followed Can be obtained in multi-modular conventer with Carrier Phase Shif- ted SPWM (CPS-SPWM) technique.High equivalent switc- hing frequency Can be obtained under low devices swis- tching frequency.Transient response is high and the working states in each converter modules are bala- nced.Compared with SPWM,under Space Vector Modulation (SVM) tech nique,the device switching frequency can be reduced by 1/3;DC voltage utility Can be increased by 15%:digital control is more easily implement- ed.Introduce SVM into CPS-SPWM,and Sample Time Staggered SVM (STSSVM) is presented.STS-SVM with both advanmges of CPS-SPWM and SVM improves harmonic characteristic through the counteract of lower order harmonics but not simply through processing the harmonic from lower order to higher order.Compared with CPS-SPWM,STS-SVM is with higher linear operating range,lower device switching frequency and easier implementation by digital.STS-SVM is of good engin- eering prospect and is more suitable for high/medium voltage motor drive,active power filters and so on.
