常规煤粉再燃技术在电站锅炉上的应用

摘    要:在一台HG-410/9.8-YW15型煤粉锅炉上进行了常规煤粉再燃技术示范,研究了常规煤粉再燃技术的NOx脱除效果,分析了技术实施对锅炉效率、炉膛温度、结渣等的影响。满负荷下,采用常规煤粉再燃技术后,锅炉NOx排放降低到了268 mg/m3(标准状态),NOx脱除率达到了51%。低负荷下NOx脱除率更高,可达到57%。采用常规煤粉再燃技术后,锅炉蒸汽参数和减温水量正常,锅炉飞灰含碳量为2.33%,对锅炉效率和飞灰的资源化利用影响很小。由于采用低氧运行方式,锅炉效率有所升高。满负荷时炉内主燃区温度较改造前升高,这有利于稳定燃烧;再燃喷口以上区域炉膛温度改造前后基本不变。再燃技术不会影响锅炉的低负荷稳燃能力。由于采取了一系列防结焦措施,技术改造没有给锅炉带来结焦问题。

Utilization of Conventional Pulverized-coal Reburning on a Plant Boiler

Abstract:The conventional pulverized-coal reburning process was studied on a HG-410/9.8-YW15 boiler. The nitrogen oxide emission both with and without reburning technology was measured. The effect of the conventional pulverized-coal reburning on the efficiency of the boiler, the flame temperature and the slagging condition was analyzed. When operating at full load, the nitrogen oxide emission of the boiler with conventional pulverized-coal reburning fuel is 268mg/m3, which is 51% lower than that without reburning. When operating at 70% load, the nitrogen oxide reduction is higher, and can reach 57%. After using the conventional pulverized-coal reburning technology, the steam parameter and the cooling water flux of the boiler is normal, the carbon content in the fly ash is 2.33%, which has little effect on both the efficiency of the boiler and the utilization of the fly ash. The efficiency of the boiler increases for the operation with low oxygen concentration. The temperature in the main combustion zone is higher with reburning than without reburning, and it is favorable for the combustion stabilization. Above the reburning nozzle, the furnace temperature after with conventional pulverized-coal reburning is the same to that without it. The conventional pulverized-coal reburning technology has no effect on the flame stability at low load. A series of measurement for slagging prevention is used and the implement of the conventional pulverized-coal reburning brings no slagging problem.
