摘    要:将恒频移相LCC谐振电路与SPWM控制技术有机结合,提出了一种新颖的软开关高频环节单相逆变电路。详细分析了它的工作原理、控制方法及稳态特性,并利用MATLAB仿真软件绘制了一组稳态特性曲线,该曲线有利于电路参数优化。针对阻性和感性负载分别进行了实验,结果证明整个电路都实现了软开关,减小了开关损耗,提高了电路效率。

Abstract:A novel soft-switching high frequency (HF) link single-phase inverter circuit is proposed with constant-frequency phase-shift-controlled LCC resonant circuit and SPWM control technique integrated tightly. Its working principle, control method and stable-state characteristics are analyzed in detail. A series of stable-state characteristic curves are drawn by means of MATLAB software, which are useful to optimize the circuit parameters. As for resistive and inductive loads, the experiments are carried out respectively, their results indicate that soft-switching characteristics is realized, the switching loss is reduced and the circuit efficiency is improved.
