摘    要:该文针对永磁同步电机的矢量控制系统,详细分析了空间矢量PWM中死区效应对输出电压的影响,并结合空间矢量图,讨论了输出电压矢量位置与三相电流方向的关系。在此基础上,该文提出了一种新的死区补偿策略,将三相电流分成六个区域,并在每个区域只对其中一相输出电压进行补偿。该方法通过判断输出电压矢量的角度来获取三相电流的方向,避免了电流检测中多个零点的现象。最后,结合TMS320F240DSP控制芯片,进行了补偿前后的实验,得到令人满意的补偿效果。

Abstract:As for a vector control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper analyzes the influence of dead-time on output voltage in detail, and discusses the relationship between the position of output voltage vector and the direction of three-phase current in a space vector figure. In addition, a method of dividing three-phase current into six regions and a control strategy that compensates only one phase voltage in every region are proposed in the paper. The proposed scheme can acquire the direction of three-phase current judging by the position of output voltage, and it avoids the phenomenon of several zero-crossing in current sampling. At last, experiments which are uncompensated and compensated are carrier out with a TMS320F240, and the results verify this method has a good compensation effect.
