温度对棉杆热解多联产过程中产物特性的影响

摘    要:生物质热解多联产是对生物质高值化转化的良好工艺之一。该文研究了温度对棉杆热解多联产过程的影响,主要分析了棉杆热解过程中气、液、固产物的分布特性与物化结构。研究表明随着温度的上升,气态产物增加,焦炭产量降低。采用气相色谱仪分析气体产物的分布特性,CO2主要在250~450℃之间析出,氢气主要在550~850℃之间析出,氢气、甲烷的含量最高为33%、9.8%,其热值可达11MJ/m3。采用气质联用仪分析液体产物的组成特性,液体产率达到40%,水分达到液体组成的60%~70%,液体中有机成分以乙酸、苯酚类物质为主。采用氮气等温吸附实验和傅里叶红外光谱分析焦炭的物理化学特性,随着温度的上升,焦炭的孔隙度先增加后降低,各种官能团逐渐减少;焦炭比表面积、低位热值最大可达到232m2/g、28MJ/kg。

Abstract:Biomass ploy-generation system based on pyrolysis is a good high-value process of biomass conversion.The impact of the pyrolysis temperature on cotton stalk ploy-generation was investigated,and the evolution of distribution,physical and chemical characteristics of gas,liquid and solid product was focused.This study shows that the yield of gas product increase but the yield of the char product decrease with temperature increasing.The distribution and characteristics of the product gas were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC),and the result shows that CO2 mainly releases between 250 to 450 ℃ while H2 mainly releases between 550 to 850 ℃.The content of H2,CH4 are up to 33%,9.8%,respectively,and its heat value is up to 11 MJ/m3.The characteristics and composition of liquid products were analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The yield of liquid product is up to 40%,and about 60%~70% weight of liquid is water,while the main component of organic content are acid,phenol-based substances.The nitrogen adsorption analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) were carried out to obtain the pore characteristic and chemical properties of char product,respectively.Increasing temperature,the porosity of char increases firstly but reduces at high temperature.A variety of functional groups are gradually reduced.The surface area and lower heat value(LHV) of char is up to 232 m2/g,28 MJ/kg,respectively.
