摘    要:提出了行波到达时间由合适的小波变换提取的行波特征点位置确定,行波传播速度由输电线路的结构参数及相应小波变换的分析尺度确定的双端行波测距新方法,并介绍了2种可行的利用小波变换的行波测距方案。大量仿真测距结果及现场验证试验的31组测距结果,证实所提小波变换测距法精度高、结果准确,且受到影响因素少,能满足精确故障定位的要求。

Abstract:This paper presents a new double terminal method of travelling wave fault location, here the arrival time of travelling wave is defined by an optimal characteristic point of travelling wave extracted by a suitable CWT, and the propagation velocity is related to the physical configuration and parameters of the line and the dilation parameter. Based on the method two feasible travelling wave fault location schemes are introduced. A large amount of simulation results and field short circuit test results show that the new method is accurate and reliable, and it can meet the accurate fault location requirement.
