高压断路器永磁操动机构的研究

摘    要:从研制及应用的角度出发,对高压断路器永磁操动机构进行了理论研究,介绍了永磁机构的基本结构及工作原理,给出了用于分析和计算的耦合磁场模型,研究了磁场模型的动静态特性以及动铁芯的机械运动方程。还对永磁操动机构进行了实验研究,给出了部分实验结果及性能曲线,证明了该文中的理论分析和计算。最后将永磁操动机构和其它机构进行了比较,给出了永磁机构的主要优越性,并对其在国内的应用前景进行了分析。

Abstract:From the point of view of application and manufacture,some theoretical researches on the magnetic actuator with permanent magnet on housing are carried out,and the direct coupled models of magnetic fields for analysis and for calculation are presented.The static and dynamic characteristics of the models and the movement equation of the plunger are also discussed.For a further study,a prototype is built and some results and test curves from the experiment on the magnetic actuator combined with a llkV/12.5kA vacuum circuit breaker are presented as well in this paper.At last,the feature and advantages of PM actuator compared with others are discussed and the prospects of its use in China are mentioned.
