摘    要:对矩形通道内布置单排一对直角三角翼、矩形翼等以及研制的斜截半椭圆、半圆柱面涡流发生器的换热和压降特性进行了对比性实验。实验雷诺数Re在700~26800范围内,所有涡流发生器采用相同的高宽比、斜截倾角、迎流攻角和前沿间距。结果表明,斜截半椭圆柱面强化换热和压降综合性能最好。Re为700、4000和2×104时,最高局部换热系数分别约比平直流道增加了16.9%,9.3%,11.4%。斜截半椭圆柱面的阻力损失比矩形翼要小得多,Re为2×104时,约比矩形翼低37.9%。经分析,斜截半柱面涡流发生器能够产生端部涡和根部马蹄涡系,具有优越的强化换热效果,且由于其流线型柱面而压降较低。柱面相对柱体加工简单,制作方便。
