摘    要:该文对架空输电线路感应雷电冲击所产生的暂态过程进行了详细的分析,并由此引出其对基于暂态量保护所造成的影响;对输电线路感应雷击与短路故障的不同暂态特征进行了深入的分析和比较:在此基础上,给出了一个识别输电线路感应雷击暂态量的方法,该方法利用暂态量的线模和零模信息构成判据,能够有效地区分感应雷击暂态量和故障暂态量。大量的EMTP仿真计算结果表明,所提出的判据是正确、有效的,能作为附加判据用以提高基于暂态量保护的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Transient behaviors of overhead transmission lines due to indirect lightning stroke are analyzed and their influences on transient based protection are discussed in the paper. The different transient features between indirect lightning strokes and faults are analyzed in details. An approach based on aerial mode transient component and ground mode transient component is proposed to identify the transients caused by indirect lightning stroke. The Electromagnetic Transient Program (EMTP) simulations show that the proposed approach is correct and effective. It can be used as an additional criterion to improve the anti-interference performance of transient based protection.
