摘    要:结合复杂中压配电网结构特点,提出其可靠性评估的快速分块算法。首先给出邻接矩阵的构造方法,基于此提出配电网分块形成算法;考虑中压配电网常以树状运行的特点,故利用稀疏技术存储邻接矩阵。在故障解析模拟时,利用故障扩散搜索方法确定开关元件的动作,以块为单位代替单元件进行解析分析,可大量节省故障枚举时间及重复的开关元件搜索时间。同时,对算法效率进行了简单分析。应用该算法对RBTS及实际工程系统进行了可靠性评估,算例表明该算法有明显的计算速度优势,证实了算法具有高效性和工程实用性。

Abstract:A fast section algorithm of reliability evaluation for complex medium voltage electrical distribution networks (MVEDN) based on the construction features of complex MVEDN is proposed. The constructing method for adjacency matrix (AM) is introduced. Using the AM, it is easy to obtain the sections of MVEDN. The sparse technology is used to store AM due to the radial construction of MVEDN. It applies the fault-spreading-method to determine the influencing areas of breaker and switching devices. The proposed algorithm regards a section not a component as a unit during the computing process of reliability evaluation. This method can save large time consumed in determining the switching-devices. The efficiency of the algorithm is analyzed simply. With the algorithm applied to evaluate some RBTS system and an actual MVEDN, Results show that the proposed algorithm has an obvious advantage in saving time and it is feasible and practical.
