摘    要:文中引入集对分析理论处理电网规划中的不确定性因素,建立了基于集对分析和体现多目标的柔性电网规划模型:目标函数中采用集对分析法将电网规划的经济性和可靠性有机地结合起来,使优化方案的经济性和可靠性综合效益达到最佳;而在约束条件中允许一些线路在N-1情况下出现一定的有限量过负荷,以提高规划方案的经济性;先在相对确定条件下利用相对贴近度评判方案优劣程度,再利用相对不确定性信息对排序结果的稳定性进行定性和定量分析,给出排序稳定区域,并寻找其它可能的排序结果。算例分析表明该方法可行、有效,而且能为电网规划决策提供更多信息。

Abstract:The Set Pair Analysis (SPA) theory to solve the indeterminacy problems in the transmission planning is introduced, and a novel multi-objective flexible transmission network planning model based on SPA is also proposed in this paper. In the object function SPA method is adopted to organically integrate economy and reliability of planning scheme to get the best general benefit of optimal project, and in the restricted conditions certain limited flow overloads of some lines are permitted under "N-1" environments so as to improve its economies. Firstly relative nearness degree is presented to estimate the candidate projects in the relative determinacy conditions, and then relative indeterminacy information is utilized to make both qualitative and quantitative analysis of sequence stability in order to search sequence stability areas and seek other possible sequence results. The sample results indicate that this method is available, efficient, and can provide more information for transmission network planning strategies.
