摘    要:软常开点(soft normally open points,SNOPs)指代安装于传统联络开关处的一种电力电子装置,它能够准确调控其所连接双端馈线的有功潮流与无功功率。以SNOPs为研究对象,分析其在dq同步旋转坐标系下的动态数学模型,给出其双闭环协调控制结构以实现多重控制目标,在此基础上对SNOPs进行建模仿真测试,分析其动态响应及稳态工作特性。结合IEEE 33节点测试系统,研究SNOPs在配电网中的应用。仿真结果表明:SNOPs能够有效平衡双端馈线负荷,降低线路损耗,提高网络电压水平。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the modelling and control of soft normally open points (SNOPs), a term which refers to a power electronic device installed in the place of normally open points. The SNOPs allow for the control of real and reactive power flows between each end point of the installation sites. Based on the mathematical model of SNOPs in dq coordinates, the dual closed-loop cooperative controller was designed, which is able to achieve multiple control functions. The simulation model of a SNOP was built to analyze its dynamic features and summarize its steady-state properties. A case study which applies SNOPS in the IEEE 33-bus test system was carried out. Results showed that SNOPs have the capability of balancing feeders load, reducing power losses and improving voltage profiles.
