| 摘 要： | 可中断负荷是需求侧管理中的一项重要内容,在我国能源紧缺的背景下,应用可中断负荷实施需求侧管理,能缓解供电紧张的局面和提高系统运行的安全性.总结需求侧管理和可中断负荷管理的基本概念和主要内容;分析在我国实施电力需求侧管理的支持环境和技术支持措施;结合广东电网的负荷和电源建设情况,提出可中断负荷管理流程和实施方案.

| Abstract: | Interruptible load(IL) is an important issue of demand side management(DSM).IL can play a key role to guarantee safe and economic operation of electric power system in the condition of power lacking.Basic concept and main content for DSM and IL are summarized in the paper.Some policy and techniques requirements for DSM application in China are analyzed.Based on the Guangdong condition of load and power source,the management workflow and implementation scheme for IL application in Guangdong electric power grid are proposed. |
