感应电动机机械特性测试的一种新方法

摘    要:针对感应电动机机械特性传统测试方法复杂、精度低、重复性较差等缺陷 ,介绍了一种能自动精确测取感应电动机机械特性的新的“动态”测试方法 .该方法以动力学定律为基础 ,用转矩传速传感器和惯性电气自动补偿器分别测取负载转矩和加速转矩 ,从而得到被试电机的“动态”输出转矩 .简单介绍了测试装置工作原理和测试结果 ,并讨论了扫描时间对测量精度的影响 .

Abstract:Being quoted for the disadvantages of sophistication,low precision and less retest on the former measurement method of speed torque characteristic for induction motors,a new transient test which can automatically and precisely measure characteristics is presented.Based on fundamental law of dynamics,separately measuring load torque and acceleration torque by the speed torque pick up and the inertia autocompensator,it can directly record the transient torque output of tested motor.This paper introduces briefly the operation theory and result of the test facility,and discusses testing precision affected by scanning time.
