| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于电力线传输的嵌入式视频监控系统方案，介绍这种新型视频监控系统的结构和工作流程，以及采用的JPEG图像数据压缩算法。这种嵌入式视频监控系统采用嵌入式视频服务器作为图像处理核心，结合电力线传输技术，能有效节约监控系统的成本，稳定性和通用性也大为改善．

| Abstract: | A new video surveillance system based on PLC is introduced. The authors introduce the structure and work flow of this new video surveillance system using the JPEG to compress image data. The system adopts implant video server to dispose image data. Because PLC is used in the system, it can cut the cost in the traditional system. Futhermore, the stability will be improved and the system can be more widely used. Now the system has been used in some port satisfactorily. |
