锅炉风机变频调速技术问题探讨

摘    要:锅炉风机采用变频调速,改变送风机的转速,从而达到改变送风量目的,具有调速精度高、启动电流小、减少机械振动和摩擦、操作简单等优点.目前,国内电厂使用较多的是高一高方式和多电平方式的高压变频调速.在100MW、200MW、300MW机组中三大风机上的应用结果表明变频调速技术在发电厂可获得较大的经济效益.

Abstract:Adopts the frequency conversion regulating velocity technology for boiler fans, may change the rotate speed of the fans, thereby change the feed wind capacity, the technology has hereinafter excellence: high precision of regulating velocity, small startup current, reducing the vibration and friction of mechanisms, operation briefness. Domestic power plants make widely use of the high-high and multiple electric balance mode of high voltage frequency conversion regulating velocity now. The application result of 100MW, 200MW and 300MW units s fans indicate: the frequency conversion regulating velocity technology may obtain high economic benefit in power plant.
