摘    要:完整的绩效管理是一个循环流程,包括绩效目标制订、绩效辅导、绩效考核和绩效激励等内容,只有正确理解绩效管理,把握绩效管理关键环节,并将考核结果和激励机制相挂钩,才能真正在企业中深化和完善绩效管理,实现企业与员工的共赢。

Abstract:The complete achievement management is a circular flow, including the formulation of achievement aim, achievement guidance, achievement checking and achievement incentive, only comprehends the achievement management correctly, masters the key chain of the achievement management, integrates the achievement check results with the incentive mechanism, deepens and perfects the achievement management in power supply enterprise, makes the enterprise and staffs all can get the benefits.
