摘    要:宁东地区某燃煤发电厂由于燃用的设计煤种供应紧张,急需掺烧经济性较好的非设计煤种来改善经营状况,但是,燃用非设计煤种可能会导致锅炉设备的安全无法保障,锅炉运行经济性降低和污染物排放量发生明显变化,因此需要进行相应的混煤掺烧试验研究。本文通过选取合适且经济的煤种与电厂常规设计煤种进行掺烧试验,全面分析混煤掺烧对锅炉设备安全性、经济性和环保性的影响,为电厂扩大煤种适应性范围提供决策依据。

Abstract:A coal-fired power plant in the Ningdong area suffered from difficult operating conditions due to the excessively high design coal prices and tight supply of coal sources, which urgently required blending economical coal types to reduce production costs.However, the use of non-designed coal types may lead to the inability to ensure the safety of boiler equipment, reduce the economical operation of boilers and change the emissions of pollutants significantly. Therefore, corresponding blended coal blending test studies are required. In this paper, by selecting suitable and economical coal types and power plant design coal types for blending tests, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of blended coal blending on the safety, economics and environmental protection of boiler equipment is provided to make decisions for power plants to expand the scope of coal adaptability.
