变电站断路器合闸储能弹簧断裂故障分析

摘    要:针对某变电站231断路器合闸储能弹簧断裂,引发断路器拒绝合闸故障问题,通过金相分析的方法进行了分析,结果表明:此次断路器拒绝合闸故障的原因是合闸弹簧材质不符合要求,质量不合格,引发合闸弹簧折断,造成合闸不成功,断路器辅助节点未切换,合闸线圈长时间带电而烧毁。

Faulty analysis of circuit breaker closing stored energy spring fracture in a substation

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of circuit breaker miss close caused by 231 circuit breaker closing stored energy spring fracture in a substation, through metallurgical analysis finds out the causes. The analysis results show that closing spring material is unqualified, which lead to spring break, so the closing missed and the auxilary contact of the circuit breaker has not switched, closing coil keeps live for a long time and burn out.
