造孔剂对空气电极电性能的影响

摘    要:为研究造孔剂的种类、含量对锌空电池空气电极电性能的影响,分别对添加不同用量的聚乙二醇200(PEG200)、(NH4)2C2O4和NH4HCO3等3种造孔剂的空气电极进行透气性能和稳态电流-电压极化曲线的测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对其防水透气膜和催化膜的表观形貌进行观察,研究结果表明:采用热分解造孔方法,在这3种造孔剂中PEG200的造孔效果最好;在防水透气膜和催化膜中分别添加质量分数为7.5%、15%的PEG200,所得空气电极在相同电位下的极化电流最大;由SEM观察可见:PEG200含量分别为7.5%、15%的防水透气膜和催化膜微孔的孔径分布更加均匀、孔隙率更大。

Abstract:The air permeability and steady-state current-voltage polarization curves of air electrodes containing different contents of PEG200, (NH_4)_2C_2O_4 and NH_4HCO_3,respectively,were tested to study the relationship between the electrical performance of the air electrodes and the kinds,contents of pore former added to them,and the scanning electron microscope (SEM) was also used to observe the surface of the waterproof breathable layer and the catalyzed layer of the air electrode.The results showed that the best pore forming effect was caused by PEG200 and the best polarization current at the same polarization potential was gained for air electrode on the condition that 7.5%, 15% PEG200,which were added in the waterproof breathable layer and the catalyzed layer respectively.And they also showed that uniformer aperture distribution and larger porosity were possessed with 7.5% PEG200 in the waterproof breathable layer and 15% PEG200 in the catalyzed layer.
