摘    要:采用封口化成工艺的镍氢电池在活化初期及大倍率充电时内压过高,造成电池漏液爬碱,容量下降,寿命变短,安全性差,而且化成时间较长。本文报导了镍氢电池经过热处理以后,可以显著降低大倍率充电时电池内压,缩短化成时间,有利于提高电池的综合性能。

Abstract:Ni/MH battery using activation after sealing process .during initial activation and charging at high rate.resulted in higher internal pressure,electrolyte leaking,capacity degeneration,shorter cycle life bad safety and longer activation time. It was reported that heat treatment of Ni/MH battery could significantly decrease activation time and internal pressure when charged at high rate which benefited the improvement of comprehensive characteristics of Ni/MH battery.
