摘    要:分析了阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池内阻的测试方法,介绍了采用交流比例法在线测量电池内阻装置的原理.介绍了采用锁相放大技术实现内阻测量的实际电路.该装置通过采用平衡调制解调芯片AD630,既简化了设计,抑制了干扰和噪声,又可以精确测量VRLA电池的内阻.

Abstract:Detecting methods of the internal resistance of valve regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery were analyzed;the principle of on-line detecting battery internal resistance by AC proportion method was introduced.The circuit using phase-lock amplifier technic to detect the internal resistance was introduced.By using balanced modulator/demodulator AD630,the device simplified the design,suppressed the interference and noise,could accurately measure the internal resistance of the VRLA battery.
