| 摘 要： | 报导了碱锰电池负极集流体自动焊接机的研制.针对碱锰电池无汞化生产的要求,提出采用高频逆变式焊接电源作为其焊接方式.负极集流体自动焊接机由自动进料器、进料盘、焊接盘与卸料系统等组成.

| Abstract: | The automatic machine of anode current collector and bottom plate spot welding was designed and prepared successfully.In order to produce non-mercury alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery,high frequency inverter was adopted.This automatic machine consisted of parts supplying feeder,feeding disk,welding disk and discharge disk. |
