扣式锂电池新型测试模块的应用

摘    要:采用全密封结构和弹性压紧装置,设计了扣式锂电池新型测试模块,避免了收口模具对手套箱的冲击,可手工实现电池的密封装配,制成的电池易于拆解,可保持装配和测试时尺寸和外形的精准,提高了制作成功率和测量一致性.用该模块封装电池,成功率为97%,容量测量误差仅3%.

Abstract:A new type testing module of Li button cell,with entire sealed and elastic compacting structure was designed.It could seal the cell by handwork,avoid the tremendous impact against the glove box.The cell assembled by this module was easy to dismantle,could maintain the accuracy of size and figuration in manufacturing and testing,improved the assemble success ratio and test result parallel.Using this module to seal the cell,the success ratio was 97%,the capacity measurement error was 3%.
