摘    要:以比电容达250F/g的活性炭作为负极,0.31 mm厚的超薄型烧结复合镍钴电极作为正极,组装了活性炭-烧结复合镍钴超级电容器,用恒流充放电和交流阻抗法研究了它的性能.比电容与正、负电极质量比密切相关,增加负极的比例,可提高比电容和比能量.以正、负电极质量之和为基准,最大比能量达16 Wk/kg、最大比功率达10 kW/kg.

Abstract:Active carbon/sintered composite nickel-cobalt supercapacitor based on active carbon (250 F/g) as negative electrode and very thin sintered composite nickel-cobalt electrode of 0.31 mm as positive was assembled and measured with galvanostatic technique and AC impedance method. Specific capacitance was related with the mass ratio between negative electrode and positive electrode and could be enhanced by increasing mass ratio of negative electrode.A maximum energy density of 16 Wh/kg and a maximum power density of 10 kW/kg were obtained based on total weight of positive and negative electrode.
