LiFePO4的水热法制备及改性研究

摘    要:采用水热法合成了LiFePO4,并通过掺碳得到了LiFePO4/C.XRD和SEM的结果表明:LiFePO4和LiFePO4/C样品具有纯度高、粒径小、形貌规则等优点;以0.1 C倍率放电,它们的首次放电比容量分别为132.9 mAh/g和150.3 mAh/g;循环50次后,平均每次衰减分别为0.478 mAh/g和0.212 mAh/g.

Abstract:LiFePO_4 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and LiFePO_4/C was prepared by doping carbon.XRD and SEM results showed LiFePO_4 and LiFePO_4/C samples were small particles of pure phase and regular sheets.The initial discharge specific capacity of LiFePO_4 and LiFePO_4/C were 132.9 mAh/g and 150.3 mAh/g at 0.1 C rate and their average fading rates were 0.478 mAh/g and 0.212 mAh/g every time after 50 cycles.
