Abstract:P-thiophenol was used as raw material to synthesize 4-methyl-2-amino thiophenol through nitration reaction,reduction etc.,the influence factors of reducing nitryl into amino were studied.The maximum yield 76.2% was obtained under such conditions:the molar ratio of zinc powder to nitro-compound was 4∶1,the volume ratio of ethanol to water was 7∶3,the total volume of ethanol and water was 15 ml,the temperature was 80 ℃.The chelating experiment was processed with 5 ml leaching solution of spent Li-ion battery which ρCo2+=1 194 mg/L,the chelating ratio reached 98.5% when the mass of chelating agent was 0.25 g;adopted 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to desorption,the maximum release ratio of Co2+ was 96.7%.
