国内铅酸电池板栅材料的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了铅酸电池板栅材料在机械铸造性能、电化学性能及物理性能等方面的研究进展。Pb-Sb基合金的机械铸造性能好、循环寿命长、腐蚀均匀,但电阻大,无法制成密封电池;耐腐蚀性能相对较差,过充时析出有毒气体。Pb-Ca基合金的硬化速度快、电阻小、免维护性能好、没有有毒气体析出,但抗蠕变性能差,铸造时有Ca烧损、深循环性能差。

Abstract:Research progress in mechanical casting performance,electrochemical performance and physical properties of lead-acid battery grid materials was introduced.The mechanical casting performance of Pb-Sb based alloy was fine,its cycle life was long,corrosion was uniform,but the resistance was large,could not assemble sealed battery,the corrosion resistance was relatively poor,the toxic gases were produced while overcharged.The hardening speed of Pb-Ca based alloy was quick,the resistance was small,the maintenanc...
