超高倍率镉镍电池低电压现象

摘    要:对超高倍率镉镍低电压电池进行荷电保持能力试验、内阻测定、过放电试验、电池解剖和分析、短路恢复电压试验、电池少量带电与电池不带电搁置开路电压对比试验,查找造成电池低电压的原因。试验证明.超高倍率镉镍碱性蓄电池低电压现象主要是由于电池装配过紧,极板表面脱粉和正极板中NO3含量高、荷电损失大、隔膜均匀性致镉镍密性差、过放电等所造成。在生产上采取电池少带电及短路恢复电压等方法控制,有效地抑制了低电压现象的产生。

Abstract:In order to find the cause, many tests have been done for super high rate Cd/Ni battery with low-voltage, such as charge retention, internal resistance measure, over-discharge, dissected the batteries and chemical analysis of electrodes recovery the voltage after short circuit, comparison test of the open-circuit voltage between the partially charged battery and non-charged battery. These tests proved that the low-voltage phenomenon of Cd/ Ni super high rate alkaline battery was mainly caused by over compact of battery assembly, powder shed of the plate and high content of NO3- in positive electrode, poor homogencity and compactness of separator and over discharge. By means of production improvement and strict control of the press, the low voltage phenomenon could be prevented.
