崇左电网A类电压合格率分析和提高措施

摘    要:针对崇左电网A类电压合格率低于年度指标的问题,通过分析2013年1月-6月崇左电网14个A类电压监测点的电压合格率数据,发现A类电压合格率低与AVC系统策略、远动装置、电容器组容量匹配和电网结构等因素有关.结合电网实际,提出了优化AVC系统策略、升级远动装置版本、增加无功就地补偿容量等提高A类电压合格率的改进措施.改进措施实施后,崇左电网A类电压合格率得到有效提高.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the qualificaiton rate of class A voltage in Chongzuo power grid is lower than the annual index, data of voltage qualificaiton rate from 14 class A voltage monitoring points from january to june 2013 are analyzed. It is found that the lower qualificaiton rate of class A voltage has realations with factors such as AVC system stratagy, remote device, capacitance matching of capacitor bank and structure of power grid and so on. Based on the acutal situation of power grid, modification measures to improve the qualificaiton rate of class A voltage are proposed such as the optimization of AVC system strategy, the upgrade of remmote device version, the addtion of local reactive compensation capacitance and so on. The qualificaiton rate of class A voltage of Chongzuo power grid is improvec effectively after the implement of the modification.
