水火电机组AGC的协调优化控制策略

摘    要:随着广西电网规模的持续扩大,AGC(自动发电控制)调节容量不足、调节精度不够的问题开始凸显,在丰水期该问题显得尤为突出。根据广西电网水火电AGC容量的比例以及调节性能,提出水火电协调优化控制的策略。按发电类型分为水电组和火电组,采用优先级的方式,根据相应的比例分别承担ARR(区域调节需求),同时类型组内的控制组也采用以可调容量裕度为基准的优先级方式。通过规避水电AGC振动区和火电AGC启停磨(泵)的闭锁出力,进一步优化AGC调节性能。试运行的结果证明:水火电协调优化控制策略初步达到预期目标。

Abstract:Along with the constant expansion of Guangxi power grid,problems like the lack of AGC regulation capacity and the insufficient regulation accuracy became more and more obvious specialy in abundant water season.The coordinate optimization control strategy of hydro-thermal generator is proposed based on the proportion of hydro-thermal AGC capacity and regulation performance in Guangxi power grid.Generators are classified into hydro type and thermal type generators which take their own ARR(area regulation requirement) according to corresponding proportion with priority level mode.The priority level mode based on adjustable capacity margin is used as control strategy of same type generators.AGC regulation performance is further optimized by avoiding AGC vibration section of hydro generator and AGC output lock of thermal generator during startup and shutdown of pulverizer(pump).Trial operation results show that the coordinate optimization control strategy of hydro-thermal generator reaches expected target.
