| 摘 要： | 以火电厂凝汽器清洗为例,介绍一种安全实用的硝酸清洗凝汽器的方法。通过对凝汽器不锈钢管进行硝酸酸洗,不锈钢管内表面光洁无污物,呈不锈钢基本色泽,除垢率在95%以上,腐蚀速率为0.02 g/m2h,除垢效果良好。

| Abstract: | A safe practical nitric acid cleaning method for stainless steel condenser is introduced,taking a condenser cleaning in a power plant as an example.After the nitric acid cleaning for the stainless steel tube of the condenser,it is found that the inner surface of stainless steel tube is bright and clean and display the basic color of stainless steel,the descaling rate is over 95% and the corrosion rate is 0.02g/m2h,which have satisfactory descaling effect. |
