纳米Y2O3添加剂对MH—Ni电池性能的影响

摘    要:介绍了通过在MH—Ni电池正极配方中添加纳米Y2O3改善电池高温充电性能的试验研究;在正极中分别添加0.5%wt、1%wt和1.5%wt的纳米Y2O3,考察了电池的高温充电性能。结果表明,添加0.5%wt纳米Y2O3可以明显提高电池的高温充电效率,对电池放电容量、输出功率和内阻影响不大。

Abstract:As the additive of positive electrode,the nano-sized Y2O3 can improve high-temperature charge efficiency of the Ni-MH battery. The tests were performed by adding 0.5%wt,1.0%wt and 1.5%wt nano-sized Y2O3 to Ni-MH battery anode respectively. The test results showed that 0.5%wt nano-sized Y2O3 added to Ni-MH battery anode,could greatly improve the charge efficiency of Ni-MH batteries at high temperatures,but could not affect the discharge capacity,output power and internal resistance of batteries clearly.
