EVOH磺酸锂无纺布薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以聚乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)和1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯为原料,叔丁醇钠为催化剂,合成EVOH-SO3Na,通过离子交换得到EVOH-SO3Li,采用高压静电纺丝技术制备EVOH-SO3Li无纺布膜。确定了纺丝工艺参数,研究了无纺布的离子电导率、电化学稳定窗口和锂离子迁移数等电学性能。结果表明,在纺丝液浓度为18%,纺丝电压17.5 V,板间距10 cm和喷丝速率2 mL/h,制得的EVOH-SO3Li无纺布薄膜电学性能最好,锂离子迁移数达到t(Li+)为0.818。

Abstract:A polymer of poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol) end-capped with sodium sulfonate(EVOH-SO3Na) is synthesized with poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol)(EVOH) and 1,3-propane sultone,a polymer of EVOH-SO3Li is obtained by ion enchange,and the EVOH-SO3Li non-woven membrane is prepared by electrospinning technique.The spinning process parameters are determined by analyzing the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).And the electrical properties of the non-woven membrane are discussed,including ionic conductivity,electrochemical stability window,lithium ion transference number.Results show that,in the spinning solution concentration of 18%,spinning voltage of 17.5 V,and the spinneret plate spacing 10 cm rate 2 mL/h,the EVOH-SO3Li non-woven membranes have the best electrical properties,lithium ion transference number is 0.818.
