摘    要:从受废旧锌锰电池污染的土壤中,分离筛选到一株能够耐受和吸附废旧锌锰电池浸出液的革兰氏阴性细菌X.以Mn2+、Cd6+、Zn2+作为吸附检测指标,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测得X的湿茵体对Mn2+、Cd6+、Zn2+的吸附率分别为74.79%、79.42%、79.12%;又以Mn2+为例研究了该茵对重金属离子的吸附等温线...

Abstract:One Gram-negative strain,named X,capable of tolerating and absorbing wasted zinc-manganese batteries lixivium,was isolated from soils contaminated by wasted zinc-manganese batteries.Mn^2+,Cd^6+,Zn^2+ could be absorbed by waterish strains X.Taking Mn^2+,Cd^6+,Zn^2+ as adsorption indicators,the absorption rates of X were tested by by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.And the adsorption rates was 74.79%,79.42%,79.12%,respectively.Taking Mn^2+ as an example to study the strain to heavy metal ions adsorption isotherm,the results showed that the adsorption was mainly physical,and its adsorption of Mn^2+ increased with the increasing of initial Mn^2+ concentration.
