摘    要:目前废旧锂离子电池的回收利用,主要集中在电池正极材料中有价金属的分离回收,采用的方法可分为火法冶金法、物理分选法以及湿法冶金法.应用最广泛的是湿法冶金法,其中最主要的是用酸浸出联合溶液萃取法,其次还有沉淀法、电解法等,对于离子交换法分离方面也有相关报道.根据锂离子电池的发展和未来的环境要求,今后的回收利用将朝综合处理和...

Abstract:The research of spent Li-ion battery recycling,mainly concentrates in the separation of battery cathode material and recovery of valuable metals.The approach can be divided into pyrometallurgical methods,physical separation methods and hydrometallurgical methods.The most widely used is the hydrometallurgical methods,in which the most important joint is acid leaching with extraction method.Then there are precipitation,electrolysis and so on.The ion exchange separation has also been reported.According to the development of Li-ion batteries and future environmental requirements,the future recycling technology will be towards to integrated recycling treatment and diverse processing technologies.
