摘    要:本文利用微波液相无焰燃烧反应,从而获得纯度与结晶度好的尖晶石型锰酸锂材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、恒电流充放电循环测试和循环伏安(CV)对所合成材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了分析表征。该材料的X射线衍射峰与尖晶石型锰酸锂一一对应,不存在其他杂质峰,表明该材料为纯相。从SEM显微图片可以看出,该材料主要为多面晶体结构。室温下1C恒流充放电,微波合成样品的初始放电比容量达到了119.3mAh/g,100次循环后仍然能放出89.2mAh/g的容量,容量保持率为74.8%。

Abstract:The spinel lithium manganate materials with good crystallinity and purity have been hy-per-rapidly synthesized by microwave liquid-state flameless combustion.Their structure,mor-phology and electrochemical properties are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emis-sion scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),constant current charge-discharge cycle test and cyclic voltammetry(CV),respectively.All X-ray diffraction peaks of the materials can be well assigned to those of the spinel-type LiMn2O4and no other impurity peaks appear,suggesting a pure spinel-type LiMn2O4phase for the materials.The SEM micrographs reveal that the material is composed of mainly polyhedron crystals.A synthesize sample reaches 119.3mAh/g of discharge specific capacity at 1C at room temperature,and it reserves 89.2mAh/g after 100 cy-cles,with a capacity retention rate of 74.8%.
