石墨乳喷涂机的研制及使用

摘    要:介绍了石墨乳气力喷涂机的原理及技术参数,对气力喷涂和无气喷涂两种形式进行了比较。结果表明,气力喷涂具有连续工作喷头不堵塞、清洗方便、造雾机件不磨损,适合国产石墨乳等非理想状态工作介质的喷涂和使用经济等优点。气力喷涂机更具有实用性。

Abstract:The principle and technical parameters of graphite emulsion air sprayer were described. It also compared two systems between air spray and airless spray. The results show that air spray have these advantages such as spray nozzle cannot block up when successively oprating, clean easy, emulsion device is not damageable, adapted to non -ideal solution such as domestic graphite emulsion spray. Air sprayer is better practicality and economical.
