电池检测数据采集与控制系统的设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于单片机的数据采集与控制系统的设计方法,通过在PC端的操作,可以对电池检测数据进行自动采集、监控,并能根据设定的结束条件在测试完成后断开测试电路。实现了电池测试过程的自动化。实验调试和实际使用表明,所提出的设计电路可靠性高,运行稳定,能够满足电池自动检测的性能要求。

Abstract:A designing method of battery testing system to collect and control data based on single chips was presented in this paper.The battery testing data could be automatically collected and monitored by PC operation.And the testing circuit could be cutted after tests according to the given end-off conditions.So the automation of battery testing process was realized.The debug and the actual use results showed that the designed circuits was reliabiley,stable and could meet the requirements of automatic battery testing.
