摘    要:叙述了一种无汞碱性Zn/MnO2电池合金锌粉工业化的制备工艺。该工艺主要包括合金元素预合金化、中频感应熔炼、雾化制粉、脱水干燥筛分和物理气相沉积(PVD)。用该工艺制备的产品其性能指标达到国外同类产品水平。

Abstract:The title relates the industrial process of zinc alloy powder for mercury free alkaline Zn/MnO 2 battery. The process includes the beforehand alloying of the alloying elements, melting of the induction furnace, atomizing, dewatering, drying, sieving and physical vapour depositing. The quality of the product reaches the international advanced level.
