锂离子电池正极材料LiVPO4F的制备与改性

摘    要:采用碳热还原法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiAlxV1-xPO4F(x=0、0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08)。采用XRD、交流阻抗、恒流充放电及循环伏安等方法研究了材料的结构和电化学性能。结果表明:LiAl0.04V0.96PO4F样品性能较好。在0.2C的放电倍率下,该样品首次放电比容量达102.01mAh/g,30次循环之后的容量保持率为85.85%。

Abstract:LiAlxV1-xPO4F(x=0.0.02.0.04.0.06.0.08)cathode materials for Li-ion battery were synthesized by carbothermal reduction method. The structures and electrochemical properties of materials were tudied by XRD .EIS. galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry method. The results showed that LiAl0..04V0.96PO4F sample had the best electrochemical performance among these materials, its initial specific discharge capacity was 102.01 mAh/g at 0.2 C, the capacity retention rate was 85.85% after 30 cycles.
