大功率晶闸管数字触发电路的设计

摘    要:由晶闸管整流桥组成的大电流馈电系统在工业生产中有着广泛的应用。大功率的整流桥对晶闸管触发脉冲有较高的要求。文章介绍了以80C196KC单片机为核心的大功率晶闸管数字触发电路系统,这个系统针对大容量晶闸管触发电流大的要求,专门设计了大功率的脉冲输出电路。同时这个系统也没有复杂的外围逻辑电路,充分发挥了现代单片机速度快、计算能力强的特点,辅以巧妙的硬件设计和简单快速的触发脉冲字算法,使得控制形式灵活多样,可靠性高。它为晶闸管触发电路实现小型化、数字化、智能化和联网化提供了一个很好的平台。该数字触发电路已成功地应用于大功率12相晶闸管整流电路。

Abstract:A kind of high power SCR digital trigger circuit system was recommended.To satisfy the request of heavy current in the large capacity SCR trigger, a special designed pulse output circuit was presented.Meanwhile,without complex peripheral units the new design effectively takes advantage of the rapidity and high computing performance of modern microcontrollers.Facilitated by shrewd arrangement of hardware as well as a simple and rapid algorithm of trig pulse,it achieved a flexible control pattern and high stability,and provided a good platform for the future small digital smart network SCR trigger.This system has been successfully applied to heavy current twelve phase rectifier.
