摘    要:空调压缩机控制系统作为空词系统的核心部分要求具有低成本、高性能、高效率的特点.提出一种永磁同步电机一压缩机无位置传感器控制方案.通过对直流母线电压、电流采样,结合逆变器开关状态实现定子相电压和相电流的重构.根据压缩机通常运行在高速区的特点.采用改进电压模型的反电势积分方法对磁链和转速进行估算,实现了永磁同步电机无速度传感器的矢量控制.对电流采样过程中存在的问题进行了深入的分析,并提出解决方法.实验结果验证了控制方案的可行性,并成功应用于空调系统,在提高系统性能的同时,降低了系统成本.

Abstract:Compressor control system should have the characteristic of low cost, robust performance and high efficiency as the critical part in air-conditioner system.A complete sensor-less PMSM-compressor vector control scheme was presented.
