设备远程实时监测系统的研究

摘    要:论述了基于Internet的设备远程实时监测系统的实现方法,采用虚拟仪器技术,研究了以DataSocket和ActiveX技术来实现远程设备运行状态参数的传输和显示,以德国进口的大型珩磨机为例,采用Client-server(C/S)模式,实现了设备的远程实时监测和简单的故障诊断.

Abstract:The methods of real time monitoring for remote equipment are discussed based on virtual instruments (VI). A new method of data transmission and display of running status of the equipment is studied by DataSocket and ActiveX technology. Take german imported grinding machine for example, the real-time monitoring system for the remote equipment is realized in client-server (C/S) mode.
