摘    要:常规的晶闸管斜坡调压软启动方式和晶闸管触发系统对10 kV系统下的异步电机难以获得良好的启动效果.为此提出了基于续流角增量的定子电压补偿方法和模糊恒流启动控制方式,基本消除了大功率电机启动过程中的电流过大和电流振荡.晶闸管采用高频电流源触发,解决高压侧和低压侧隔离触发的问题.基于以上方法的新型软启动器在10 kV对旋风机上获得了不错的应用效果.

Soft-starting of 10 kV Counter-rotating Fan and Triggering Methods Research
Abstract:The regular soft-starting method of thyristor voltage controller is hard to gain excellent result in inductor motor which is working in 10 kV system. The stator voltage compensation based on increment of dis-placement angle and constant current fuzzy starting control rules were provided. The over-current and oscilla-tion of current during soft-starting of three-phase high-power induction motor were eliminated. The high fre-quency current source was used to trigger thyristors,so that isolation triggering between high-voltage and low-voltage was solved. The novel soft-starter achieves satisfactory application in 10 kV counter-rotating fan.
