基于TMS320LF2407A开关磁阻电机控制系统的研究及实现

摘    要:首先介绍了开关磁阻电机调速系统及各运行状态控制,其次在分析开关磁阻电机运行原理、调速特性和控制方法的基础上,提出了高速变角度电压斩波控制—低速定角度电流斩波电压斩波控制的控制策略,PWM控制采用双闭环调节器来实现电压斩波。针对实验用30 kW开关磁阻电机驱动系统,基于TI公司的TMS320LF2407A,设计了控制器的硬件电路及软件流程,最后给出了系统在不同转速下的绕组电流及不同负载情况下的电流波形曲线。

Abstract:The characteristics of drive system and the several running state of the SRM are introduced first. On the basis of relevant analyses, this paper introduces the control policy-varying angular position chopping voltage control at high speed, fixed the angular position chopping current and chopping voltage con trol at low speed. The design adoptes the double-loop control adjuster to implement the voltage PWM chopping. Aiming at 30 kW experimental switched reluctance motor drive, the hardware circuit and the software flowchart of the controller is designed based on TMS320LF2407A. In the end, the experiment waves of current and voltage of each phase in different speed are gave and analyzed.
